my thoughts are that the indexing is fair the way its set up but more is always better.

Interesting thought ...Indexing even if its corrected to the CPI will not be much for individuals,even long term LTDer,For MC its $100s of thousands in additional revenue.

Another possible court date
I couldn't sleep , so was looking at the court registry. On the 7th, it was posted that there will be a court date scheduled in the fall to discuss a Question of Law, which is similar to what happened last year, questioning the definition of "Income". I am wondering if this has anything to do with the as of yet unresolved issue of indexation. SISIP is capped at 2%, which is lower than every other government LTD plan, so I'm wondering if the lawyers are going after a higher amount. This doesn't really affect me as a 24 month client, but for some of my friends on here who a getting back several years of retro, could mean a big difference.
