Re: Processed Claim
Have you received any correspondence from the lawyers? If not I would call them, as you may be one of the guys they have yet to locate.

I saw it too. He was from the May group of lottery winners, as he stated he received his cheque 2 weeks ago.

Re: Processed Claim
Well the $4000 could be correct. It would only require a return of roughly $45000 to pay that much in legal fees, which is probably in the ball park of my return, so it is feasible. As far as the 25% in taxes go, the worksheet probably does state the percentage, just the amount, so at first glance they may have thought it was roughly 1/4 the return. Or they live in Quebec, and the withholding taxes are not as high.

It's on the FB group "SISIP CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT" in a comment under Jeffery Train.

Re: Processed Claim
Hey, Sparrow, as the first CSAT reinstated member to get processed, you'll have to let the rest know when you get the additional cheque from SISIP for May-Oct, since Peter has said that they will come directly to the Veterans and not charged legal fees. Now the hitch will be how long it takes to get this money. And before any troll accuses me of being greedy and wanting even more money, I will say that I am not included in this, since I was not reinstated, so I am purely looking out for the best interests of my brother and sisters.
