Widow of Veteran, at least now you got the answer, now you know what is going on, so let's hope that these forms are sent out to you asap, so you finally can get payed.

I check the app and it was telling me to contact MC at the 444 number and to also contact SISIP. I did just that but got both voice mails. I really didn't want to wait all weekend to find out what was going on so I contacted Kristine Hunter at her direct line.
SISIP had told me that they were waiting for VAC to send them the paperwork that they requested but couldn't not tell me specifically what it was.
Just found out from Kristine that it had nothing to do with VAC. All widows have to sign a release form and it's coming from the lawyers but the government hasn't provided them yet. The court order supposedly is asking for a release form to be sign and they can't pay us until this is sign and in the hands of MC. She couldn't even give an approx. date on when they will receive these forms.
Seems like all other widows have been affected also. I just wish that this government would expedite these forms asap. Why did SISIP give me this run around yesterday.
I'm so not impress and disappointed. I really don't know what I can do at this point.

Just paid off everything and stuck huge chunks into investment accounts...I feel reborn, but much older unfortunately...and I got myself a lotto max and 6/49 as well. Will depart for my splurge after my nap. Thanks everyone for your constant support and lively sense of humor...you've all given me great hope for a better life.

Processed now the waiting game for the truck hope it's today. I'm sitting in my front yard told my I'm not moving until I see the truck coming down my street hope it's soon I have to pee lol

Just and update for those members who did not make this batch, I have just read where a member was not in this batch, but was just informed by SISIP that they have just processed his file, he was also told that he should receive his cheque by the end of this Month. So it looks like those members, that fall into this group, can contact SISIP to inquirer on their claim status.
