No problem. I wish it wasn't an issue, but unfortunately the government is using this as another way to screw Veterans over, by handing the money over with one hand, and rifling through your pockets with the other, looking for money.

Nothing here either, another 0.42 percent interest for a month!

wow big rex, i am glad you told me that, i thought that sisip was deducting what you received in elb...i am going to do exactly what you said, put it away if i get my elb before my settlement...thanks for that info big rex

dzanzio, they are not deducting ELB money from the retro, and those class members that were reinstated by SISIP, have been told by VAC, that they have to pay back everything, even the money that was paid in taxes. For some, this could completely eat up the entire settlement, and may require money out of pocket in certain situations. So if you are reinstated, or planning applying to the adjudicator, put all money may get for ELB aside, because it may have go back.

claim not found...but here is a thought...if someone is on elb dont you think it would make sense to sisip to do these people last because that means they would have to pay out less money...so i am just curious how many people who are on elb have gotten their files processed..and you know sisip knows who is on elb and who isnt...i was approved for elb 3 months ago, still havent gotten a cent for it and i know sisip knows i am on elb...
