Re: The Unprocessed Gang Part 2
We can appeal if we are not happy with our retro. But an estate must be very accurate as there is no recourse and they want to get it right. Soon they will have the estates done and the people can move on. Good to see they posted this though...perhaps they do care? Just saying..

Re: The Unprocessed Gang Part 2
Something posted on LNVB facebook,
Email I received today:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for your email.
The process was slowed as a result of ensuring the spouse at time of death, as defined by the SISIP policy, is properly paid. This will require executed declarations.
Having said this, the processing of the estate claims is being done in compliance with the Order and the oversight of the Court.
I can assure you that a claim will be processed for your late husband in accordance with the above.
Best regards,
Kristine Hunter

Aw WOV I am so sorry for your delay in processing. #%^^$# red tape, burocracy etc. they forget they are dealing with people here. Real people in need. I hope all comes to a speedy end for you and in your favour. Try to have a good day. We all feel your pain with waiting, but can never truly understand your pain and loss. It is my hope that this brings some closure to you and you can move on with your life, whatever the path may hold for you.

Re: The Unprocessed Gang Part 2
Thank you Dave for your support.
I don't believe that this just came out about signing this form. It was all overlooked as I had advised MC from the beginning on this. This is another tactic and i'm not into it. MC was dishonest with me before.

Re: The Unprocessed Gang Part 2
Thank you Teen
Why would SISIP wait till after the deadline to advise us Surviving Spouses to sign a release form?
But yet the release forms have not been sent to MC yet. If this was part of the court order, wouldn't the lawyers have it in hands before all this?
