I wonder if this has anything to do with an upcoming election? I sure hope any announcement benefits more than a few dozen people!

Last week he made announcements in PEI and NS, on CM, new posn's and the Hfx clinic. So I woluld quess it is about CM for that area. But who knows when its the election goodies time. VVV..
