Received the e-mail this morning stating "You have received this message because the status has changed on one of your applications or reassessments." There was no status change to any of my disability applications but I can now see my entire list of applications on one page on My VAC Account all the way back to March 2006 which was my very first application prior to the NVC taking effect. Kinda nice to see it all on one page but it wasn't what I was looking for nor is it a status change to any of my applications. Time to call the CM and see what's up.

Correction: I did just notice that my one and only monthly disability payment has jumped from $683.36 to $698.14. No explanation given but if I search back in my history of payments it always increases for the beginning of each year and the notice must have been for that. I got a monthly disability increase of $14.78 starting in January 2018.

Anyone hear a time for this announcement. You know it’s quiet when the press hasn’t even released a time...

Talk about cruel and inhumane treatment. Delaying an announcement ????

Yes, My VAC Account hasn't changed either. And I have been watching CBC, and there hasn't been a single word about any press conferences.

Well, I just checked, and it is currently offline. So if the maintenance is tied to the expected announcement, they could be letting a really ugly cat out of the bag early, if they don't go public first.

Keep us informed, what time does it come back on line???

still odd about maintenance on a tuesday morning..
Because of the top up that would probably be the earliest it would start for some so that's when it would come into effect. Just a guess.
