Will VAC cover the cost of a private medical clinic?

I don't have a family physician, but l understand that there are private clinics where you pay to have your entire body looked at.not for a specific injury but blood work , xrays etc , l really don't know all they do other than l heard they provide you with an overall report on your current health.is that something vac would cover, as I'm not seeing a Dr over just a knee issue etc?
