I think he has asked, but last week sisip was telling everyone they had no information and did not know who would get what and then all of a sudden they have the list of 822 all along. I believe they knew who the zero sum and who qualified right from the get go. I am wondering if they excluded people who did not send in forms or could not be contacted, it would be interesting to know, because I have a feeling a lot were left off the list. Peter should have the entire list off all claimants to go thru and see who belongs where, because if you are not on that list this will effect your retro

DTC, is the CRA disability tax certificate and it is hard to get. It lowers your tax rate each year and if you apply and get it it can be retro back 10 years only, I did this and got 30000 pluss back from CRA. When you first apply, they will usually give you a couple of years, then you reapply again and some people have to reapply over and over. I got it for "10 years retro and for future years" which means I am on it for good but they can always ask for a review and they usually do. You have to get your doctor to fill out a medical package and their doctors review it and make a decision. Every year this will lower your income axes

this why a totel rethink has to be done...CRA is GoC, SISIP policy is GoC, VAC is GoC, TB is GoC, CPP is GoC...did I miss any? oh ya DND is GoC......
