Was he on ltd for 24 months and at the end of the 24 months was he declared tpi by sisip or not, if he was then he will get a cheque, if not then no check just 24 months of retro

George, did sisip sent you a letter saying you we're not total, permanent , disabled?

Thanks navrat, I should of applied earlyer lost boocoo money in the past 10 years. I guess I never got to it because sisip never asked for it. They zeroed me before. My vac pension is at 90% so as soon as I got it, they claimed there share, that was about 60% and the next info I got from them is that I no longer required there service because I was no longer invalid. And of corse I was already getting nothing from them so I never argued.

George, Sisip will make you apply for CPPD or the French equal. If you dont apply they can stop your monthly ltd, call and ask them if this is not correct. If you are denied CPPD or French equal your sisip continues but i bet only for 24 month period

Dear wife of a veteran, I'm as mixed up as you are, maybe one day all will be clear. I did get taxe credit but never CPPD, in my condition I wunder wy my VAC rep never told me to applie for it. Here is my question again, is there anything in sisip that obliges me to get or apply for CPPD or is this another one of there initaitives.

Same as me Puddles, almost mirror image lol, but they sent me yearly medicals because they were paying all my drug coverage and my familys drug and insurance coverage.

I was declared by SISIP to be totally disabled before my twenty fours months was up, zero'd out and received no benefits since that time, no paperwork was ever sent to me for yearly medicals after that time.

Ok I called the SISIP number that TeenTitan gave us, they told me this morning at 09:07 am that I had been approved and processed, they could not give me a tracking number which means that i will receive a check in approx 2 two weeks. I am a zero sum class action member and have never received a cent from SISIP and i am not on CPPD. I am totally incapacitated by all medical criteria and that is all I know, oh yeah I live in Ontario, have a good one jumpers.

I am concerned about the statement in the first entry in this thread. The expectation seems to be that if you are on the list, you will receive your cheque before 9 Nov 12.

Here is a quote from the memo from McInnis Cooper dated 15 Oct 12 ref the payments to zero sum clients: "After further negotiations with the Department of Justice we are pleased to announce that payments to “zero sum” members will commence on October 22, 2012, and will be completed no later than November 9, 2012".

This means that they have to get the payments in the mail by 9 Nov, so if your payment is processed on 9 Nov, you will have to wait until the following week to receive it. Please take the delivery time into account.
