The 66 Million isn't important? Why did they put a dollar amount on the deal, if the money isn't important? Appreciation is one thing, but sticking our noses up the lawyers derriere, willfully giving away money hand over fist and conceding to their every whim is more akin to being a slave, than a grateful client. I guess we finally know that Navrat is the submissive type.

Peter, told me, it's not important the 66 million dollar figure, why put a dollar figure on the settlement? Lets just call it a token of the classes appreciation for expert legal services, that sounds better and easyer for lot of guys who have a little trouble with the numbers .

Robbie, I am not happy with the outcome of the settlement for 24 month vets such as myself, but I realize that many zero summed vets are struggling bad financially. I would of loved to see an actual judgement made on this case and not a settlement. But not every one is in a good position.
I am never awestruck when it comes to dealing with any government bureaucracy . My disdain for dealing with the double talking, holier than though, nope that's not our policy( but I am only guessing) , Crayola pushing pencil necked bureaucrats often means that I put off applying for many benefits for myself until I am well enough to deal with them.
But I am proud to have served the best country in the world. I only hope future vets get better treatment than some of us have had.
After this settlement is over I will be anxiously awaiting the down fall of the NVC.
