I have forwarded an email to Mr. Driscoll Dzanzio and hoping he replies.
Dzanzio, I received a response from Peter Driscoll in reference to your friend whereby he says to contact the law office ~ I advised that the Veteran had already contacted Dan Wallace and unfortunately was still confused about his  current status and entitlement in contradiction to the policy and class action details. Perhaps have your friend contact Peter Driscoll directly.

Does your buddy have a Public Service Health Care Plan Card from Sun Life if so this would indicate he does have a Policy with SISIP. Because it is these clowns that cover your meds.

Wish I could help buddy i hate seeing our fellow vets get the bone, does your buddy have a SISIP number and or policy number for example during release you signed a medical cover sheet with your policy number 901102 and your individual client number have him contact SISIP Manulife and ask for those numbers this will verify he has coverage and therefor eligible for RETRO.

Even I am lost about this one DZANZIO he should ask for an arbitrator to hear his case I do not know why Dan Walace would tell anyone otherwise without a little detail unless that letter your buddy signed was his SISIP Cancellation letter in that he terminated his contract with SISIP. When I was medically released we had the option of CAR (coverage after release) or establish your own life insurance policy through other sources.
