id defiantly appeal but first id wright in asking for an explanation of the decision in reference to "There are no legislative provisions to allow for a review of this request under subsection 220(3.1) of the Income Tax Act" as the legislation clearly allows for cancelation of interest.

Here is my response to the taxpayer relief form.
We are writing in regards to the Taxpayer Relief request you submitted in June 2014.
There are no legislative provisions to allow for a review of this request under subsection 220(3.1) of the Income Tax Act.
For more information on taxpayer relief provisions, you may refer to Information Circular ICO7-1, available on our Web site etc etc etc....

yup,
just received a direct deposit from the quebec gouverment and got back 50 % of what i was owing them so i guess it should be the same for the federal gouverment hope it works out for you guys.

Any truth to the rumor that John Baird is in line for the Minister of Veteran Affairs? Some RCMP guys down here and boy do they feel relieved that their union fought not to adopt the NVC. You've reached sector 7 when a couple of guys in 1950 s style black suits show up at your door m Legit!

No, the PMO, is more like District 9. A group of individuals locked away by the PM, and believe the only way to escape is by destroying Canadians. And where the aliens had large guns and mechs, the PMO utilizes red tape and John Baird.
