I would imagine that a particular circumstance can cause a revaluation in the disability award.

The pension portion of the disability pension from the old act has a revaluation in it up to age 55.

I haven't heard of any Veterans from the old act having that happen, but I would imagine it has.

As for the new charter, it happen to vaincre, so maybe he could tell us exactly what caused the revaluation.

Does that ever happen?
say someone was assessed and given a 50% award, then a few years later were re-assessed and the 50% went down to 25%....

What would happen in that situation?

I may have answered your question in the VAC Benefits category, under the topic Increased Disability Award & Retro from a question asked by you.
