For lump sum payments, under the NVC, there are no retro-active payments.

Last question here:

First Application - April 2017.
Interim Assessment Complete - February 2018.
'Application' for Re-assessment begins June 2018.

I was given 10% like many others, but it will likely go up. Where do they retro back to - the Application for Re-Assessment date, or back to the first application date?

Thanks for any help. I asked VAC but they were pretty vague.
