When I called last week, I was told that they were working on files from "late February". Here's hoping you hear something soon, Ppclicaper...

Re: VAC excessive increase in response time
If anyone gets a response from a CIA/S claim submitted in March, would you mind posting on here, please? You don't have to post the result or anything, just that there was a response/result. It would be nice to get some kind of guideline...
Thanx in advance...

Re: VAC excessive increase in response time
I think everyone here should call in and tell them. I have and also sent in a Secure message venting my frustration. This wait time tool is such a total waste of resources and manpower.

Ppclicaper wrote:Same , had an awesome CM , just thankful all my applications were submitted prior . Only applications left are CIA level review , CIAS and a review of my original pension % . The pension % review I am not holding my breath to hear back anytime soon . As for CIA level review and CIAS ... well I was certainly led to believe it would not be 14 weeks at stage 3 . But trust me I am more fascinated with what is transpiring than stressed.
Same here. I don't know that I could have had a better CM. As frustrated as I can get, I cannot imagine what navigating the system would have been like without my CM's input and assistance.

Only info I get when I call VAC now is with the call centre which is pretty much the same info from MYvac , except the dates they are processing which seems to be updated weekly.
@ justagrrl I had to check just for a laugh , last updated the 29th was funny.
They're ahead of the game....LOL!!!
i had an excellent CM when i first started the entire process. very responsive etc
about 8 months later, got a message that my file was being transferred to another CM because his caseload was over double what it should be.
emailed her (the new CM) twice directly to introduce and touch base, never got a response
about 4 months later, called VAC to get in touch with her, and found out i no longer had a CM. i was dropped as not required and put in the general pool
been navigating the system by myself since then. I've probably lost out on a lot of things
1 example, the way i read it, i did not qualify for CIA, and since not having a CM to guide me.....
The new APSC however, when i read it after it took affect, i do qualify, so april 1 put in my application for APSC
don't know if i should have been claiming CIA the whole time

Re: VAC excessive increase in response time
Been trying to get a callback from my CM now to answer some questions regarding my CIAs app. Over 2 weeks now and no returned call.
