For sure. My vrab hearing was March 22nd. Yesterday the claim was completed, or earlier in the week because it showed on myvac account yesterday. That’s 12 weeks for a claim that what’s the average now, somewhere between a year to a year and a half. This should prove that if they really wanted to make a change, they could

yes that's how they do it now . in one of your letters under " payment "the last para will tell you if you want the lump sum call this number .

problem is the people at that number haven't been notified of the change and thus do not know what action to take to provide you with the lump sum .

soooo be patient with them but firm they will eventually get you the lump sum just may take some time .

So, my reassessment is complete. Went from a vrab hearing in March overturning a disability application to all done today. The weird thing is they automatically gave me the pain and suffering amount. Do or would I have to ask for a payout if that is what I want or am I stuck with the monthly amount?
