COURT HEARING SPECIFICS

birdgunner, all hotels are full I am sure there will be plenty of media. Good presentations to the judge could infuence the out come via the media. If the process does take two day and IF the media support us, well how know's if people keep the message short and clear it would be better, this is ot onlyabout PTD (for example) media easally go west if not well braketed.

Just the fact that you are at the hearing is more than enough and will show Judge Barnes how much Veterans care about Veterans.

With a stack of letters/emails and a packed courtroom with Veterans is the show of force required....has media been contacted? or is the gag order still in place?

I too took a break, the are many vets here, that are passionate, and care deeply, how vets are treated, and untill this lawsuit, I had no contact with other Vets on our issues. Just personnal encounters with the system. I am so happy i stumbled across this website, and people like you," Birds of a feather " so to speak lol.

Hi Cod, first and foremost I would like to thank you for all your posts and concerns re the "deemed" tax, lots of very useful information.
I was just wondering if you had ever acquired the assistance of the FSNA (www.fsna.com) in any of your past endeavors with the CRA and this issue. Also wondering if you acquired any further info from any source regarding any form of relief from this unjust part of the tax law.
