MC where are up? Need some soothing words, now more than ever. I am sure you will be in touch when it comes to billing us.

Re: Federal Court Translation
There is no way, the crown will allow this to happen. I really prey there hasn't been some back door dealings. We were robbed plain and simple. The crown has offered to settle, the class has accepted... why such a delay? I cannot see the court saying no, however with such a long time to render a decision, something fishy is up.

Re: Federal Court Translation
Longer this Is delayed the more the law firm gets as a percentage of interest, OldVet said 400 interest a month, so the law firm gets almost 80 extra from thousands of people

Re: Federal Court Translation
How does the delay affect the Ltd payments and the end March date that Puddles was referring to this morning in another post?

Tell me about it, put this thing to rest, summer time is not acceptable and what if there are unforeseen delays!

Re: Federal Court Translation
I hear ya brother....... we have waited to long. One day to me is like 1 month, the anxiety and stress is overwhelming . I can't hold of the creditors. I really don't think Mr Barnes would allow that to happen.

Wait 2-3 more years?
I am at the point now where I can't wait 2-3 more days, let alone 2-3 more weeks or months!

That is not good news at all, hopefully it is accepted. Kind of worries me, that we may have to wait 2-3 more years.

Re: Federal Court Translation
I just posted on a new thread. I spoke with the Federal Court in Halifax this morning. The file is still with Justice Barnes and no decision has bee submitted to the Court. It will take 4-6 translation once a decision has been rendered but as yet no decision.

Re: Federal Court Translation
So, Sparrow, time frames here, are we looking at a month just to get it to the translation list?

Re: Federal Court Translation
Actually Sparrow I believe that is the date of the hearing, for which the translation is required. I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

Re: Federal Court Translation
In checking the Federal Court website this morning, there are additional translated court decisions noted in the "New Translated Decisions" section, the most recent being January 24, 2013. I assume the date entered is not when it was translated but when the Court made the decision. If a decision has been rendered, there looks to be a month or so processing time for translations.

Re: Federal Court Translation
I just realized that post decision interest rate is 5%. Hypothetically if you are owed $100,000 you will be making an additional $400.00 a month until settlement, this could actually be very good.
