Re: Federal Court Translation
Complete and utter horse manure, you can bet your sweet behind if we owed them, they would want it yesterday, and be charging us compound interest penalties on it too.
We should be paid compound interest from May 1, 2012!

Re: Federal Court Translation
I loved Miss Edna, but we need Sparrow more, this delay is stressing me out also, no need, just should have given us a realistic time line. There are some, especially the 2 year veterans and the proxies who have at least a 6 month wait, at least, remember its six months from the approval, well guess what , we still don't have an approval nor translation. Just don't spend the cash yet

Re: Federal Court Translation
What concerns me most about all of this is not for myself but for veterans who have PTSD and health issues that the stressors and anxiety over the outcome and the waiting is causing such added worry and fears.

Re: Federal Court Translation
They should have told us all of this long ago and not stung us along. Leaving out information is the same as lying or willfull manuplation. Which means, ultimately, that these kinds of people are not honest or genuine.

P.S. Nav, Miss Edna was getting on my nerves so I ditched her!

Re: Federal Court Translation
Nav, can't take any credit as pigeons.ca told me about the website originally.
I have to agree with you about May if not longer based on the time it takes to translate et al and sisip and McInnes Cooper logistics. It is regretful that so many disenfranchised veterans and their families wait and hope that today is the day and I wish it were the case.

Re: Federal Court Translation
Oh and the law firm says the 2 years retro guys will probably take 6 months and they are allowed to ask for a 3 month extension if need be!

Re: Federal Court Translation
Sparrow, I want Teen to give you a job as research assisstance with CSAT . I can always count on you to get the facts and provide this site with up o date information . Unfortunately I have been trying at the legion for intel and there right now is alot of hot heads pissed off at the settlement and the judge. He should not have said weeks when the judgement is not done yet and is in line to be translated. Call the federal court and she said translation could take months, also the law firm says if it was approved today, today, it would still take to end of may for the zero sums and guys in the computer, the easy ones, to get their retro cheque! If it takes another month for translation, then your looking at summer time cheques!

Re: Federal Court Translation
The last recorded entry on our docket T-463-07 with the Federal Court:
2013-02-19 Halifax Letter from Plaintiff dated 19-FEB-2013 re: disbursements received on 19-FEB-2013
May 2013 is not that far a stretch.
