Last month.....I saw on FB someone that posted about having their claim delivered even though the app was saying that it wasn't processed.

just checked the app .
told to try again in July.
yep still in lottery for this mth ,just like all you .
they have to do something about this .
why cant they update ???

Just a reminder that during the last batch, they were members that checked the APP, and their claims were not processed, the very same member re checked at a later time, and found out that their claim was processed.

So my advice would be to keep checking, until the APP says, check back in August.

I checked it also and it said to check again in july.

At least it means that we're still in this months lottery.

App working but checked it and it said, your claim has not been processed , please check again in July , so I assume it has not been updated yet, or it would say check again in August

I was told that the person that design the APP, is the guy in the dance video, and he is on it !

App not working either at 1545hrs....Did I not read on LNVB that MC is concentrating on processing the claims that they received rather than updating the APP ~ I didn't think it was either or, I assumed they did both simutaneously. I volunteer my admin time to MC if they need extra staffers..

Same here, man I wish these big coop would get their shit together, they come after you for .50 cents but when it is time to pay for their own greed they sure take their sweet f...ing time. Meanwhile they give us some tools to see what is going on and they can’t even keep this little link working for us so we can have some hope of knowing what the hell is going on…looks like they are just teasing us every month…my last name starts with “T” lol…I’ll probably going to see my $$$$ in Oct 2013…pffff

As I have stated before, it would sure be nice if the APP was updated the same time, as each package is being prepared for delivery.. So when purolator comes a knocking , we won't be in for a shocking.

I am sorta scared I don't want to see " Your retro has been donated to the DM slush fund!
