Although the tables will tell you at a glance what a Cpl or other ranks make today as compared to 1970, Manulife will not use these tables. They will be escalate our rate of pay from the date of termination (closed to zero) by the cost of living index, essentially max 2% per per year.

Here is a link to a table of pay rates for previous years from 1970 to 2012. For those of us that have been out of the system for many years this would be a quick way to calculate what 75% of your rate of pay would be.
