I do agree with you oldvet that Justice Barnes has our best interest at heart which is very reassuring. That was the impression I had as well in Halifax. I really hope for a decision soon for everyone's sake. Thanks.

Mr Barnes has the best interest in us since day one. He has always lived up to his word. He mentioned that his decision would be rendered within a few weeks, not months. I honestly believe he actually cares about us. He would not allow vets with anxiety, stress and OSI injuries be subjected to more pain. The decision will come sooner than later

Nah, peter does not need to be present for the final anouncement. Everything is in place including extra staff to do the menial legal work of sending out the cheques once legal fees are set. I'm still hoping for mid march for announcement and 2 to 6 weeks later for cheque.

If Supremedebater is out there , I was wondering with his legal knowledge , what is your best guess on the timings. I talked to a person earlier at the legion who said he talked to Dennis via emails and he thought everything would start end April? So who knows! But we do know Peter is in Belize until 22 of March and that alone is proof that I believe nothing will happen until after that!
