I hope you are wrong Nav because that would be actually months not weeks before a decision can be announced. That is causing alot of anxiety for the class. At the very least, let it be translated before the 22nd if it can't be announced until Peter gets back. And who goes on a three week holiday during the most important phase of Canada's 3rd largest settlement in the history of class actions anyways?

Nav, I hope we don't have to wait until the 7th week as the Britanica Encyclopedia source states is weeks turning into months phase.
I actually thought we might have known something by now but with Peter out of the country until the 22nd I am unsure even more. Maybe internally, the legal team knows it won't be announced until after the 22nd. Just speculation though. I would assume Peter Driscoll would want to be present for media details and interviews et al when the decision is announced which is why I speculate the timing.

What is the definition of weeks? You can use weeks up to and including the 7th week which at that point the phrase months can be used, Source' Britanica Enclopedia !

Fitz when the decision comes down it's going to be a collabrative effort to get as much info from PD, WB, kh to make sure those vets left hanging get a hand up from us that still have some wits about us.
