Artynewf. Ask VAC for a summary of assessment. That's the document with your percentages and dates. If you have a local office, they can print one off for you.

If you don't have the VAC account, hit up the local VAC office and ask them to find it. They should have an electronic copy on file.

Yes they should. Send them a msg thru your VAC account. They should provide you with the entire decision letter.

I'm not even sure where I would get that information now as it's been so long I don't think I have the paperwork telling me. Would vac provide that to me?

Being arty it's pretty well a guarantee its 5/5. I know there was no question for mine due to the nature of the trade.

The other thing to look at what number out of 5 your award is. ie: 3/5 or 5/5

Well the amount might differ but by all accounts you look to be short a handsome fee from VAC.

Okay I'll definitely look into it. If yours got bumped up to 5% then so should of mine then. Unless things differed from 2010 to 2014. But I will give them a call for sure. Thank you

just reading your new post and my award in '14 said
4% paid out at 5% as per my letter.

Artynewf you should question that. Being a former gunner myself I too have hearing loss and tinnitus which were both paid out at 5% respectively in 2013 and 14. I was given way more than what you received so it might be worth looking into. I know the years are different but I was 14k in '13 and 15k in '14.
