Sounds like this "new and improved benefit" is not going to be that convenient to apply for.
I am on Attendance Allowance (minimum) and was planning to apply for CRB, but now not too sure.
Can even someone on Att/Allowance apply for it?
It seems that one even has to wait for 10 days to get a reply from their 'easy and convenient' MyVacAccount system.

I'm in the same boat. no word, no update.
I received the FCRB, I hope my wife gets this benefit, she barely works because she's caring for me and the kids.

Has anyone heard anything back after applying for this benefit. Since My VAC Account is “unable” to track the application. I called VAC and they advised that the applications received since April 1 are sitting in a que with the adjudicators but have not started to be processed yet. So 3 weeks in of the 8 to process and no action. Wonder how many of the other new benefits are sitting in this la la la land.
