so I want to ask has any one considered the fact that the delay in our negotiations has taken long enough for the secound half of the budget to come out You know the one that contains so many legislative changes that all the other parties are having a bird about and now the powers that be are trying to rush it through,

I know sounds like second gun man kind of stuff but I just wanted to say it to feel better because if some thing did come out of the hidden non democratic way that our goverment is making changes to legislation these days well at least the thought went out.

Thank's for the info peep, I alsow has a few guys here in quebec whit to same sit. I did not accept rehab training because mentaly if was not possible. I did in tack get so rehab training whit VAC sence I had not whit sisip. In my case they payed for Officer training as firefighter because I could no long do the boot work, it helped me a lot because now I do paper work and some command and control work on fires. If it wassent for that my second career would also be over.

Sorry Navrat, but my memory is blank from that timeframe. If he did phone me, I would of just sobered on the phone and been happy. Odd only memory I have was being blank but happy.

Did sisip tell you after rehab training you are no longer qualified for sisip ltd because you are deemed employable. They actually told some guys I know the same thing, so I will tell them to contact Kristen at the law firm,thanks peeps

I and updating the post for those that are in the same situation as me.

Sisip is just ignoring me, but a recent Email from Kristene informing me Peter is on my case. A new twist I have heard on this forum is that the sisip President informed Vets that had taken sisip rehab training that they are now trained for employment. They were cut off after 2 years and had their files closed. I took sisip rehab for 2 years also, which is quite odd, to have qualified. My resent responce from sisip said my file was closed because I was never deemed as disabled. Guess they will want the money back now lol.

Had my big VAC meeting today with a specialist ( she had 2 degrees)

They are pushing PIA through for me, and as for ELB, I was already approved, it was just cancelled after 2years. Hum... So I will have to go for TPI to get the PIA supplement. As for ELB I make to much now but am welcome to re-apply. I was a spec Sgt with 27 years plus have a CPP (D) pension. The TPI is a no-brainier. (special thanks to acerman for your special help)

that's quite an accusation , you think the entire class not on the first list should hire a good Lawyer & have these Managers brought to Justice ?

I know we're not all on the 1st list , But i'm very certain Peter is working overtime to get the rest of the class fitted onto one of the Proxies if you qualify but they missed you in the 1st round of apples totally qualified &
closest to the ground .

Sisip Managers at Manulife get performance bonuses by actively rejecting claims for the smallest of reasons.These Bonuses are paid for my the TB.
Condone by our policy holder the CDS. How do you fight a system like this?

The big question now is will Mrs XXXXX become the next president of SISIP or will she just wander away like a good old dog.

Just that SISIP is the first payer. I will prove to them next week I am not on SISIP. (wonder if that is a trap by sisip) I do have house cleaning and yard work, plus I had education, till I could not continue. And ofcourse a 92% VAC pension.

Did you apply for the rehab program first??? I can not understand why some vac cm do that, you can be on both, myself and i know puddles is on both, Good luck to you , peeps i wish you the best of luck but i know you have a case against sisip and cant understand why vac will no let you go on ELB, did vac give you a reason???
