To JoeCdn not everyone who is in this lawsuit signed up for it. They will still have to pay legal fees just as those who did sign up. So if they express their dissatisfaction over this extra cost then they have the right to feel cheated. Just as some of us are ticked that the GOC is hiding behind legal terms to save a buck rather than owning up to the fact that they burned us for many years. The money they saved should be returned to us to the penny and ethically they should eat the lawyers bill also.
We have been treated like mushrooms and have no say in this lawsuit, not a single word and we are expected to take the deal when it comes out on the 9th. We don't have a clue if it is going to be a good deal or a kick in the ass deal.
And it is our right as Soldiers to bitch and complain because we earned it.

Hey I just got off the phone with some legion buddy, Tell me this, there is some claimants in this lawsuit who are not residents of Canada, they live in the UK and guess what they were told, HST would not apply to their legal fees because they are not residents, BS, I am not a resident where the law office is located, so why should I pay, something is not right here

The lawyers are only representing Dennis Manuge (DM vs The Queen) You class members just agreed with him and came along for the ride. So if you get a buck you should be happy. If not you hire your own lawyer and be the plaintiff. It didn't cost you a cent and most of you will be richer that GIJOECDN!

Who said the lawfirm is going to abandon us after the Judge's decision? They aren't because they have to make sure everyone gets the money owed them.
