yes, we all got the email and the letter from the law firm several weeks ago, but some are now getting the same notice except directly from SISIP. As far as I can remember, SISIP was never mandated by the courts to provide notices to the class, so this is what has people wondering as to the reason some are getting them.

Yes I did receive the ANNEX " C " Letter today. So I guess my question would be, has anyone not receive this Letter yet ?

This is a cover your ass info letter from SISIP as they are now and finally a huge part of the final outcome of the class action suit, you will not learn anything new here but they like the court order has stated must dot the i's and cross the t's.
