I think it is still the same , no one will know until everyone knows.

No news here from appeals. Check in anticipation the mailbox daily. I wonder how many will be successful with the appeals and how many not.

Because my appeal involves backpay , from the first day after the end of my first two years of LTD with SISIP which is July 30 , 2011 to the day before my ELB with VAC started which is Dec. 12 , 2013. So I am looking at around 2 years 4 months and 12 days worth of back pay , interest , cola and whatever else the class action lawsuit settlement granted.

If you have elb why would you want sisip ltd and put up with this bad faith insurance companys bullshit.

No decision letter today in the mail , happy to have ELB from VAC.

Enough is enough , where the hell is my decision?

So true Nav. The appeals however are a one chance appeal no re-does, no re-appeals just end of the road decisions for us that being the final decision by Bruneau Group. Thank you for your support Nav for the appeal folks.

I hope you all get some justice soon, it's been a crime to say the least. I also will be happy for the successful ones but know that there may be a lot of unsuccessful ones also. This hurts and for those it's unfair and I'm hoping that this election will start to clear up these injustices. We need a Peter Stoffer in there who's been on the ground who understands , after all he's heard a million stories regarding how all of us veterans have been treated.

The appeals have been very stressful waiting and worrying. When last I spoke with Bruneau Group they said they were typing up the appeal decisions but that was nearly a month or more ago.

No they fkn lied we all know this, its just we are used to being lied to and cheated first no charge to appeal then there is a cost. mahar arar sued won 10.5 mill for so called torture in syria then received an additinal mill for legal fees they stole from us and we have to pay to get it back no rights being born Canadian where is our legal fees and appology.

Just trying to get some action going on here , things have been quiet.
