MISCALCULATION ERROR - PENSION 2002 TO 2010--UPDATE ON PAIEMENT

I’m not sure myself how the decide the rollout. I have Vet friends with last names starting with a D, and a P. Both have gotten payment. My last name starts with an M, and nothing yet.
Today I went to the local District Office, I asked about the error payments, the lady said you mean the SRB payouts, I said No. When I explained what it was, she said she “never heard of it”. Shook my head leaving. Makes one wonder when Yr District Office is a Point of Contact, Vets go to ask, and get answers, WT-. I’ll stick to this forum and Vet friends who know more..Bitch for today, Johnny Out,,VVV...

yes, how is anyone to know if their math is correct, the only gauge is see what people post here about what they got again years of service and disability amount

The response I have gotten from the VAC call centre was similar.. she informed me that they had until 2020 . I hope that does not include the fiscal year of 2020 .

Spoke to a VAC rep on different matter but I was told that there are 300,000 to be notified, so she said it’s gonna take awhile. However if I feel I am one of the 300,000 and don’t receive a letter by end year then to call back. WTF

This letter is in my inbox on MyVAC, dated 13 October 2019, and says that I will get a little over $4000.00 within 2 weeks. I was released in 2006 on a 3b and %100+++ VAC Client. There is no information of the payment in the benefit section of MyVAC sec account and I have not received the payment, via DD. Hope this info helps.

J'ai reçois présentement la nouvelle Prestation de remplacement de revenu depuis le 1er Avril 2019.
J'aimerais savoir comment fonctionne la nouvelle avantage: 1% Pertes de progression de carrière pour ma situation??
Est-ce que j'ai droit au 1% de Pertes de progression de carrière??
Si oui, comment ça fonctionne dans mon cas??
Quand le 1% est payé dans l'année??
Pendant combien de temps j'aurai droit au 1%??

I started my VAC pension 2 decades ago so I qualified for all the years that they did the miscalculation. My pension is 50% at 4/5ths which works out to 40%.

so the injury type itself has nothing to do with it correct ? So for $1200 what was your % and over how many years. I.e if your injury was 20% and covered 6 years and the payment was $1200 ( roughly $200 a year.) would a similar vet with a 40% disability over 6 years get maybe $2400.? I’m just trying to figure out how they come up with the numbers and if it’s the same vet to vet.
