Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
Oddly enough my VAC account shows that a re-assessment of said condition is being reassessed; date stamped 31 January 2017, HOPE!!!.
It may of been triggered by my intuition of knowing how the system of denial is burdened by the use of money, so even prior to the decision I may of inadvertently triggered a reassessment of my condition.
Wow.

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
I'm reminded of a friend who used up just about every approach but one vrab chance left.
He's almost 90 y/o sharp as a tack, but physically fragile. He told me over and over it was about the principle because he was wronged,
Fought them for years. Eventually... he did not pursue.
Now whatever you choose to do is your choice Danny. We all respect that here, period.
BTW, VaC can never take away your hope.

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
Danny,
I get that your pissed off and want to vent, but you need to relax on the multiple post and the language.
I edited one of your post first thing this morning, I knew you were upset so I just removed the word in your post, and left it at that.
Upon my return later on, I see you use that very same word, in another post, you have been on the forum long enough to know the rules of the forum, yes I get that your upset, but CSAT is not the enemy here. You need to respect the rules of the forum, you can rant all you want and we will support you, but if you use forbidden language, I will take the appropriate action, so please think before you post.
Multiple post, if no one has responded to your post, you can edit your post to add new details, posting multiple post on the same subject is useless and serves no purpose.

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
Time to throw people under the bus (like dnd did to me).
People run the system and the system can be fixed.
A great conversation can hold a lot of power, especially with whom you communicate your message to.

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
appointed to the shitty ass Veterans Review and Appeal Board in 20 whatever it doesn't matter, Mr. dummy recently retired from the military at the rank of Chief Petty Officer 1st Class (oh my nice rank, wished I wasn't medically released and made to look like a buffoon the rest of my life) after 34 years of service, (hope you enjoyed yourself). IT has extensive operational experience with a background in personnel management (screwing them over) , including a deployment to Kabul (hairdressers and commissionaires where being deployed there as well) for the NATO training mission in support of the Afghan national security forces.
So it is a brown nosier who decided upon my case!
and it knows it as well.
I served with this "IT".

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
Mine, not theirs, but my livelihood was decided upon.
Filing complaints today.
JUST BECAUSE ONE DOESN"T SEEK TREATMENT DOESNT'T MEAN THEY ARE NOT INJURED!!!
It is called trying to keep your job! that is what it is called when you don't seek medical attention. It is called suck it up soldier!

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
but they accepted the new evidence?
Hence since I never sought treatment, nor directed to by my supervisor it was my own negligence.
Instead I was yelled at by the arsehole cox'n that I was in the shower to long as I was just tossed into the Bedford Basin.
Thanks.

Re: Reconsideration Letter Question
There is no way I am going to wake up every morning with the same loop playing over and over again in my head for the rest of my life being called a liar.
No way!
This isn't about money BTW, it is about principle.
