I'm not sure if I should LMAO or cry at the foolishness of this whole thing. I just got a letter from Service Canada stating that my original interview and meeting to apply for CCPD back in 05 could not be found. They have changed systems and all the old files have been lost unfortunately. And there goes proof of application for CPPD. Now I did not finish it, but I did apply, as I walked away due to SISIP claw back and just was to broken and too upset to beg like many of us.

Well I have to send for my CCP (D) original approval letter, all my tax assessments, and have my medical information updated. The send it into SISIP for evaluation. That i assume will take a month or more.

So I wounder how the 17.83% will work. If I pay now then MC is guaranteeing my approved. Humm.... maybe I should just let them do the work since I am paying them. If not, I sue them for misrepresentation.

I think it is safe to say 2 out of the 3 lawyers here will become Multi-Millionaires from this one case even after the law firm MC gets their percentage fee , and after all disbursements paid and after Revenue Canada taxes them.
