RR - When the law firm asked the crown for an public apology it was literally laughed at as I was told 3rd handed from a friend of Dennis.

In another post I came up with a figure of 18-20M, based on hourly wages, dispersements and bonuses that were very generous.

I think that's about 2.5%-ish.

RR excellent wish list .....seems reasonable to me ....6 million is very low ...if we ever want another law firm to take on another class action suit they need 3 X that minimum !

To start with, who came up with the going forward amount. Its huge and does not take into account:
1) Some of us will not make it to age 65
2) Most to the amount will be lowered by CPP (D)
3) We are not at war and the 3B zero sum forecast releases should be far less
4) I am form Alberta and will pay Alberta tax and then I now have to pay
NS tax to for MC. I will have to pay tax twice on the money!
5) The law firm still is not telling us details on the going forward amount.

Rob Royal- I think all veteran that will end up paying 3-5 % in legal fees will be happier than they were last week.
