Propat, what does the app say when you check? Does it say the same thing as it does for me?

buds that sounds right and im sure you have your service number correct.i do know in my case a lot of people spell my name wrong look at your last cheque just to confirm otherwise im guessing they haven't forwarded you info to MC yet.

I thought there might be something wrong with that response. Others have stated " claim not processed"

it's a 6 digit # beginning with 2

triple you could be typing your info in wrong is your claim # a 6 Dijet number and does it start with zeroes?

Could someone tell me what the app response should say.

For me it says "claim not found". This means that your claim number has not yet been provided to McInnes Cooper. Please check back in the coming month's with respect to the processing of your potential refund.

Is this the typical response, or is this telling me that McInnes Cooper still does not have my name on any of their lists?

got annex c last month, but your claim has NOT been proceced. Maybe next month!!!!!

I received ANNEX C but the spinning wheel has said "No, check next month"

Checked the app as well, "Yes, your claim has been processed". Does anyone know how long it takes for the cheque to be sent out?
