K9, I might flip that around and ask you to show me your math. Our math is set out in my affidavit (I believe, it is either there or in the brief we are filing today/tomorrow). In any event that number was confirmed by SISIP/OFSI and us as the interest payable to the class. Shoot me an email with your math and I will respond.

Peter, Do my cheques first, hahahaha, just joking, Take care of yourself, and a good thing I have to say about you and your firm was you always emailed me back and was open for conversation, You gave me my sisip ltd going forward and I consider this the big win for me and my family, the retro, I would have liked it compounded but if it's against the law then that is my fault, I would like the Hamilton legion to be open 24/7, haha, you made my life 100 percent easier, so I thank you and you can tell the judge you have the Navrat's support, lets get this done guys , put it behind us, and move forward, thank you again , Peter

Sir, the legal certificate, if available to veterans needing assistance with appeals for pension decisions at the VRAB would be a measurable guesture that countless veterans would access. I truly hope this is a consideration that is explored. Veterans need to chose their own legal representation when appealing at the VRAB level and not a Ministry appointed advocate with the Veterans Affairs Dept. Sparrow.

Would this legal assistance certificate be available to veterans who intend on decision appeals by the VRAB by way of their own representation versus appointed lawyers at the VRAB?

There are so many rules and laws, how can you lawyers sleep at night, constantly thinking about this stuff, it would drive most crazy

Maggie, Navrat the 3.27% is an additional payment for taxes, you would have to calculate annually using the interest rates set out in the notice and order.

Thanks for clearing this up for me, I will be honest with you, I was disappointed because of the simple interest, but it's my fault because I assumed it was compounded, I know you and your firm worked hard and wish you , your family, all the best in the future, Oh , sorry , one more question, after the 14 of Feb will cheques start to be processed ASAP, thank you

Sir, A member of the class made the suggestion regarding the 1 million for charity benefiting veterans that it be divided; 50% for Veterans Advocacy Group and 50% Vets Can supporting homeless vets. For your consideration. Sparrow
