Does 'Claim not found' mean it's not been processed yet, or that you've inputted something wrong?
Does it say "Yes" or "No", or words to that effect? Or just more ambiguous lawyer talk like 'Claim not found.' means no?

Info to Find Out If Your Claim Has Been Processed
As we announced on May 2, 2013, Manulife is processing payments for class members in batches. As McInnes Cooper receives the information and the funds, cheques will be sent by courier to the individual class members. We will let class members know as each batch is processed, using the leavenovetbehind.ca website and the Facebook group. To find out whether your claim has been processed, we have developed an automated inquiry system at

On this webpage, class members will need to enter their service number, their Manulife claim number and their surname. An e-mail will be promptly sent advising whether your claim has been processed.
