I sent MC an email today requesting they confirm that they received my registered letter for my confirmation of address as Canada Post states is has been out for delivery since April 19 and this is the response I got back.

Subject: Out of Office: Confirmation of Address

Dear Class Members:
Thank you for your email.
Please note that a letter was sent to all members of this class action by regular mail on Thursday, April 11th and Friday, April 12th. This letter was sent with an Address Confirmation Form and self addressed envelope, that we kindly ask you return to us by regular mail. If you live in Canada and have not received this package by April 24th, please send us an email to let us know. If you live outside of Canada, please allow a bit more time for the package to make its way to you.
We would also like to inform class members that this email address will be lightly monitored during the period of April 16th to April 29th. We ask for your patience during this time and will respond to emails in the order in which they are received.
We appreciate your eagerness to move this matter along and look forward to enter into the next step in this matter.

Ex-para, very good analasys of the situation. More than 1500 per month can be sent out. Remember no order no quota. Smile you just made me smile!!!!!

One last note, if MC has identified only 2300 of 7500 claimants and SISIP is operating on a 6 months time frame they should be completed a average of 1500 per month. Chances are good, that well known cases will be settled the first months.

Received letter 15 April (mailed back 16 April), 24 month recipient from June 2010 to June 2012.

I am receiving SISIP since 2002, and received my letter today Tuesday 23 Apr. sent back express post with signuature required, and Canada post tracking shows it should be delivered on Thursday.

Last Tuesday , no benefits. Does anyone know if a worksheet with the retro breakdown on it will be sent out before the cheques?

I too have been in receipt of LTD for 12 years and received my letter last Tuesday. Sent it back express post also.
