Hopefully I get my letter before SISIP calculates my refund. Unbelieveable to think, I would be waiting on a confirmation letter. Hell I would fly to Halifax, give the firm a piece of my mind and pick up my check .

You guys who have received a MEMO from MC, are you all presently in receipt of monthly LTD benefits? And is there a secret code or phone number to talk to someone at the lawfirm? Just received subj. memo in the mail today. Two things about it really strike me as...frustrating enough to log in here and mention.
1) The envelope that was sent wasn't sealed...at all. Not even a hint of moisture, and,
2) This firm couldn't provide a stamped return envelope. Really...7500 X .63 = $4725.
Considering the amount of money these guys stand to make from this class action, what a joke.

ex-Para. Peter has said that the money will be sent to each Veteran within 5 days of them getting the money from SISIP. So the sooner SISIP starts getting their job done, the sooner we get paid. i just wish SISIP would say exactly how many of the 7500 files have already been completed, and how the remaining will be prioritized, because just doing files randomly doesn't cut it, IMHO.
