Called Ottawa and its not regarding pension overpayment from CPPD so it must be the bankruptcy. I believe their numbers are still short however and need to do some more research. Will advise. My claim went back to 2004 but there are several re-evaluations along the way so yearly amounts changed several times.

Congrats Wills!! It is rather confusing getting the "breakdown" from sisip as it is not very clear. I hope your claim is in order and you can be done now. Hard to keep track of through the years. Did your claim go back a long way?

Cheque received. I think they took back funds I owed on my pension when I started receiving CPPD. I was giving back 400 per month on my pension until funds repaid. Slightly confused though as I did not think SISIP could do such thing on their end? Will have to call Ottawa to verify.
My thoughts are now concentrated on the remainder and especially the widows that are being given the run-a-round. Hopefully you get that special paperwork that needs to be signed and verified soonest so you can get settlement

good luck will's, it made me happy to get that puro delivery about two weeks ago! Now if I can only take my mind of all the wants and consentrate on the real need. So far payed of all my dues and have some left to take the wife out on a few trips over the next few years.

I am still here and waiting. Cheque expected today via Purolator.

Also still here troops to much good info to help vets on this site to just leave and this is far from being over for other vets hope and wish all that have not been processed get processed ASAP

Yes George, you are right, to much good information here to fade away. We may see some return, and some won't, we may see new members, as this whole Law suit, is not fully complete.

More than a few have gone sence they got there retro. But if is nice to see many of us are still there.

zero must be in retro heaven, haven;t heard from him since his big day.
